This workshop invites you to explore what you are most passionate about and teaches you how to use that passion to develop your own personal definition of leadership. Learn how to become more intentional by establishing positive characteristics that will shape you into a #NextLevel leader.

Mattie Bradford
DECA Western Region Vice President

Mattie Bradford is a four-year DECA member from sunny, southern Arizona. Serving as chapter president her junior year and as the Arizona DECA State Vice President her senior year, she has contributed to the organization she loves in many ways. Her diverse experience has allowed Mattie to gain a broad perspective on DECA’s programs and the motivation to devote herself to impacting the lives of every member. She loves people more than anything and values the relationships that have been created throughout her service to DECA. Mattie is pursuing a degree in hospitality to prepare her for a career as a flight attendant. She plans to continue her DECA journey into Collegiate DECA and her professional career. Outside of DECA, Mattie spends time volunteering in her community, contributing to the development of her family’s restaurant and spreading kindness wherever she goes.n Making and Community Awareness Project events. She is excited to continue her service as an advocate for DECA. In the fall of 2021, she will pursue degrees in Marketing and Business Administration. Throughout Catherine’s high school career, she was involved in many extracurricular activities. She was a varsity cheerleader, International Thespian, National Honor Society member and a freshman mentor.
